This 60 minutes session is designed to maximize your effort levels in a controlled manner, as you ride through your own personal power zones.

With guidance and structure, your ride will help you build strength and stamina and improve your cardio capacity, all specific to individual goals- motivational music, beats and lighting. 

These sessions are designed for intermediate to experienced riders, however new riders will be accommodated during each session.

This session will be run on a monthly basis by our experienced rider-Steve.
